The lighter the skin and darker the hair, the better the results, and less treatment sessions generally required. REMEMBER TO SHAVE 1 DAY PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION. Sessions are once every 4 weeks, as that is how long your hair cycle takes to regenerate.
